Hobak Korean BBQ is a new favorite of mine. I had the chance to try this place out with who else? My girlfriend. I lived in Seoul, S. Korea for one year and I would always see signs for Black Angus beef. In Korea this seems to be one of the more favorite types of beef sold in the country, and it is quite delicious. Hobak offers quite a range of meats that include Angus, this is why we chose one of their combo options of beef and pork. In addition to the meats there is traditional pawn chan ( Korean side dishes) and ice cream included in the combo package. Hobak can be found at 5808 Spring Mountain Rd Ste 101. Las Vegas, NV 89146. I suggest going here later in the evening after 10 pm to avoid long wait times that occur between 5 to 9 pm.
Hanabi Sushi and Rolls is my new favorite Japanese restaurant in Las Vegas. My friend from San Jose invited me here because he knows the owner Andy Kim, and Andy put on a food spectacle that I had the pleasure of experiencing. Dish after dish was rolled out before my big brown eyes and when the food hit my mouth I was more than delighted, I was thankful for life. No joke, Hanabi Sushi and Rolls is on point when it comes to sushi, and we complimented our meal with some of the best saki I have had in a while. I would give this place a 5 out of 5 for taste alone. You can find Hanabi at 9350 W. Sahara Ave. #150 Las Vegas, NV 89117.
