Wow time flies. It’s already day 19 of the 24 day challenge, and I’m starting to feel guilty even thinking about foods that I was eating before the challenge. I look in the mirror and I feel happy about what I see. I have the desire to keep on going to find out how ripped up I can get. The challenge has definitely been the kick start I needed to shed those unwanted pounds of fat, and start fitting into clothes that I haven’t worn in a while. I have increased my runs to 3 miles, and my workout are getting longer. I feel great!
