It’s the morning of day 8 of the challenge, and yesterday was by far the most exciting. I ate lightly, played golf, and drank a ton of water. I decided to finish the day strong with a chest workout and a 2 mile run on the treadmill at LVAC. I weighed in late the day before on day 6 and was down 4 lbs, but my body felt even lighter so I decided to do another weigh in. Before my workout I stepped on the scale at 222, down 6 pounds on day 7! I then did my workout and weighed again at a fraction above 221! Down 7 pounds in 7 days or close enough in my book. My double chin is almost completely gone, and I feel more toned around my midsection. The motivation of seeing results is uplifting and is pushing me to work even harder. It’s amazing what the mind can achieve!
