50 holes of golf in 103 degrees. Day 5 of the 24 day challenge …

Today was my first day off in 5 days. I decided to join the old guys at Muni for a round of 18 holes of golf. We usually play a friendly pot game, and “greenies” (closest to the pin on par 3’s). I actually won the pot today and had 1 greenie. It was also the first day to test out my new Graphite Design 70 gram extra stiff shaft. I left it at 47 inches and I was just bombing the ball long and straight. It was one of the most thrilling days in my golf career so I decided to keep going and played an extra nine holes. I ended up shooting 38 on the front, and while I was playing I called my friend Justin and set up another 18 holes at Spanish Trails. I just could not get enough. It was awesome. I had a great first 9 holes on the Sunrise course, but ran out of steam on the Canyon course (also 9 holes) and shot an astronomicial 47. Meanwhile, today marks day 5 of my 24 day challenge, and I stuck to the plan. I had an apple for breakfast, had a hand full of raisins, and an oatmeal bar as a snack. I don’t know why, but I wasn’t hungry most of the day. I just kept on guzzling down water and that kept my appetite at bay. For dinner, I baked some chicken kebabs on skewers, one golden potato, and microwaved a nourish bowl which contained cauliflower, kale, kohlrabi, sweet potatoes, black beans, with chipotle corn salsa.
