It’s already day 4 and I have to say I am feeling super confident about what I have accomplished so far. I have been sticking to the meal and supplement plan, and I made it through the weekend with no alcohol. That’s a huge achievement for someone like me who loves to have a beer, wine, and cocktails. I have exercised each day, not exhaustively, but enough to get a nice sweat going, either weight lifting, running or a combination of the the two. Tonight I will jump back on the scale to see if I have lost any weight. I’m looking forward to another day of discipline as I make my journey through this 24 day challenge!
